              Lily Salgat, BS-Exercise Physiology 

Lily received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.  She is currently enrolled in UML’s graduate program working toward her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.  “In working at Therafit the past 2 years while completing my degree I have had a lot of opportunity to work with many clients who were physical therapy patients first.  The challenge to help all of my clients achieve their goals while emphasizing safety and proper body mechanics is especially rewarding."  Lily is also one of Therafit's aquacise instructors where she teaches a one-hour, water aerobics class choreographed to music jam-packed with exercise that will leave you feeling invigorated.  In her free time Lily enjoys running and exercising with her goal to complete her first full marathon in the upcoming year.  Lily has a passion for helping others and is excited to work with you to meet your fitness goals too!

 

            Haley LaFreniere, BS-Exercise Physiology

Haley currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.  She is currently enrolled in UML’s graduate program working toward her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.  “Working at Therafit since 2014 has given me a great appreciation for the many clients that I have with pre-existing orthopedic issues that I am able to safely individualize programs for all while maximizing gains to help them achieve their goals.”  Haley’s hobbies include playing club lacrosse and ice hockey for UML.  In her free time, she likes to get outdoors, whether for a hike or snowboard in the winter time.  She has a passion for health and fitness and is always ready to help you reach your goals!

Elise Robichaud, BS-Exercise Physiology, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist 

Elise began working at Therafit in 2015.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.  Elise is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  She is currently enrolled in UML’s graduate program working toward her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.  She is experienced in personal training, teaches multiple types of group fitness classes, and is completing her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training program studying Raja yoga.  Elise’s goal is to assist clients in achieving their health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.  With Elise, each client receives personal instruction that caters to his or her long-term goals.  “In my experiences at Therafit working with a variety of individuals with previous medical conditions or who harbor existing orthopedic problems I am able to individualize all of my programs to provide for proper body mechanics and functional movements all the while delivering a fun, safe and productive atmosphere.”  Elise is also one of Therafit's aquacise instructors where she teaches a one-hour, water aerobics class choreographed to music jam-packed with exercise that will leave you feeling invigorated.  Outside of work, Elise enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
