Gillian Amodeo, BS-Exercise Physiology

Gillian began his career working at Therafit in 2014 as a physical therapy aide while finishing up her degree.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology along with two minors in Nutrition and Disability Studies from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.  She works closely with and draws upon the expertise of the physical therapy staff at Therafit to help design and implement her own personal training programs for her clients specifically based on their goals.  Gillian has been working for many years to enhance the life of others despite their disabilities or impairments.  “Many of the clients I work with have already have previous injuries and the challenge is to address their long-term fitness goals while emphasizing the importance of safety and proper body mechanics."  She strives to create a fun and safe atmosphere where growth is possible and enjoyable.  Gillian stays active by rowing with the UMass-Lowell rowing team and competing in Regattas throughout New England.  

















Elise Robichaud, BS-Exercise Physiology, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist 

Elise began working at Therafit in 2015 as a physical therapy aide.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2017.  Elise is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  She is experienced in personal training, teaches multiple types of group fitness classes, and is completing her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training program studying Raja yoga.  Elise’s goal is to assist clients in achieving their health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.  With Elise, each client receives personal instruction that caters to his or her long-term goals.  “In my experiences at Therafit working with a variety of individuals with previous medical conditions or who harbor existing orthopedic problems I am able to individualize all of my programs to provide for proper body mechanics and functional movements all the while delivering a fun, safe and productive atmosphere.”  Outside of work, Elise enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
