Damon Amato-MS, ATC, CSCS, Athletic Trainer / Nutrition Consultant / Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Damon graduated from Northeastern University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training. He then received his Master's Degree in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University. Damon is currently employed with Therafit and serves as the Head Athletic Trainer at Lowell High School and as a nutritional consultant who sees clients on an individual basis. In addition to his athletic training and nurtritional consultant responsibilities at Therafit, Damon is currently teaching courses in musculoskeletal anatomy, strength and conditioning and performance nutrition in the athletic training and exercise science department at Lasell College in Boston. Damon is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). The strength & conditioning specialist certification is a special certification for professionals who design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for athletes in a team setting. His experience has also included volunteering at the world figure skating championships and the medical tent at the Boston Marathon.
Kevin Dunham- MEd, ATC, Athletic Trainer
Kevin graduated from Northeastern University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training. He then received his Master's Degree in Education from Fitchburg State University. Kevin is currently employed with Therafit and serves as an athletic trainer at Lowell High School. In addition to his athletic training responsibilities at Therafit, Kevin is teaching courses in anatomy and physiology at Lowell High School. His experience also includes volunteering for the Boston Marathon medical team as well as working for several junior hockey teams in the area.
