What we offer

Currently we are accepting individual and two-person personal training clients and individual and two-person aquatic personal training clients.  Please call or click the link below to request a consultation.
  • 60 minute one-on-one workouts completely tailored to suit individual clients needs and goals.
  • Customized workout plans that individual clients can follow and use on their own.
  • BMI and body fat analysis and tracking.
  • Strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, core stabilization and agility training.
  • Choose to work with one of our personal trainers on land, in the pool, or a combination of both.  It is up to you!
