What we offer

Currently we are offering individual and two-person personal training clients and small group aquatic exercise classes.  
Personal Training Includes: 
  • Customized workout plans that individual clients can follow and use on their own.
  • 60 minute one-on-one workouts completely tailored to suit individual clients needs and goals.
  • BMI and body fat analysis and tracking.
  • Strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, core stabilization and agility training.

Aquacise Classes Include: 

This 50-minute water aerobics (aquacise) class is jam-packed with exercises to energize all of your muscles.  Choreographed to music, your instructor will lead you through a sequence of movements which will leave you invigorated.  Use of resistance equipment such as noodles and bands will keep the class fun and ever-changing.  

To book or look up an available aquacise class click the button below.  Currently classes are limited to a maximum of four (4) people and currently run from from 3pm to 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoons.
