Therafit's Fitness Center offers our members a unique environment as the fitness center is located within, and adjacent to, our physical therapy center.  For that reason, most clients are former patients and our members have the benefit of a staff that is professionally trained in not only health and fitness but are also experts in orthopedic injury rehabilitation and prevention.  The fitness experience is truly one-of-a-kind!! 

Therafit Fitness Center also has state-of-the art HOIST upper and lower body resistive equipment, STAR-TRAC treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, Stairmasters, versa-climber machines as well as free-weights.  Therafit Fitness Center offers a relaxed environment for members who prefer to get in a great work-out without the crowd and loud music. 

Members also have access to our heated 92° indoor pool. Therafit Fitness Center also offers a variety of aquatic exercise classes taught by certified instructors.  Please refer to the above menu for fitness center rates, hours of operation as well as pool class schedule and open swim times.
