AQUACISE CLASSES: (Water Aerobics)
This one-hour class is jammed packed with water exercises to energize all of your muscles. Choreographed to music, your instructor will lead you through a sequence of movements which will leave you invigorated. Use of resistance equipment such as balls and bands will keep the class fun and ever-changing.
Class times: Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45pm-6:45Pm
