HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are made Monday through Thursday from 7:00am until 7:00pm, Fridays from 7:00am- 5:00pm. Therafit Fitness Center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30am-7:30pm, and Saturdays from 7:00am-1:00pm.
Making an appointment is as easy as picking up the phone. Therafit, Inc is a provider for most major health insurance, Workers’ Compensation, auto insurance and we are a Medicare provider. We do not accept Mass Health, Network or Neighborhood Health.
Plan coverage varies from employer to employer, so please call your insurance company and verify your outpatient short-term physical therapy benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. Call our office and we can help confirm many of those benefits for you on-line. Some plans, (particularly HMO’s) require a referral sent from your primary care physician’s office prior to treatment, so you may need to contact them if they are not the provider who is recommending physical therapy for you. Some insurance companies also require a prescription be written for physical therapy prior to treatment.
If you do not have insurance, or are we are unable to verify your primary health insurance will cover services, you may choose to self-pay. You may speak with our billing department to confirm self-pay rates. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your treatments as this will assist the therapist in evaluating and treating your condition. Appointment times vary, however, please plan on at least 60 minutes.
